Martin, an antitrust litigator in the firm’s New York office, joins the Law360 Competition Editorial Advisory Board for the third time. He focuses his practice in the areas of antitrust and complex commercial litigation. Martin has been instrumental in the defense of many antitrust class actions and civil and criminal international cartel cases.
Marsh, a shareholder in the San Francisco office and a member of the Greenberg Traurig Tax Practice, joins the Law360 Tax Editorial Advisory Board. He focuses on state and local tax controversy matters. He is also Chair of the Taxation Section of the State Bar of California and an adjunct professor of law in Golden Gate University’s Tax LLM program.
